Kaitlyn Wells is currently a PGY2 oncology pharmacy resident at UC San Diego Health. She completed her PGY1 in acute care at UCSD Health and received her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Biophysics from Oregon State University (OSU) and her Doctor of Pharmacy from OSU/Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU). Kaitlyn will be starting as an ambulatory oncology pharmacist at OHSU after completion of her PGY2 program.
