PGY2 Hematology/Oncology Pharmacy Resident

Michael LaPorte PharmD, is a PGY2 Hematology/Oncology Pharmacy Resident at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center in Buffalo, New York. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Rochester, followed by his doctorate of pharmacy from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Pharmacy. Michael continued his pharmacy journey in Virginia for his first year of residency training, completing a PGY-1 residency at Sentara RMH Medical Center. After completing his residency Michael will be heading south for a role at the University of Virginia Medical Center as a malignant hematology clinical specialist. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, watching, and playing golf, as well as enjoying the outdoors through hiking and fishing.
