Katherine Jung is a PGY2 oncology pharmacy resident at University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) Medical Center. Katherine was born in Dallas, TX, where she spent her formative years. Driven by her love for science and medicine, Katherine pursued her undergraduate education at the University of California, Berkeley, where she majored in Chemical Biology. After completing her undergraduate studies, Katherine embarked on her journey in pharmacy by enrolling in the Doctor of Pharmacy program at UCSF and continuing her passion in pharmacy with a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at UCSF. Outside of her professional endeavors, Katherine enjoys exploring the diverse culinary scene of San Francisco, hiking in the picturesque landscapes of Northern California, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
