My name is Kimball Blake, PharmD and I am an ambulatory HSPAL PGY1 at M Health Fairview. I graduated pharmacy shool from the University of Minnesota and interned at M Health Fairview in their Clinic and Surgery Center oncology infusion pharmacy. I also completed the Fairview Pharmacy Services ambulatory summer leadership internship in 2021.
