Nabhan Jankeel, PharmD PGY-2 Oncology Pharmacy Resident at San Diego VA HealthCare System. I was born and raised in Mosul, Iraq until I was 16. I left Iraq with my family and arrived in The United States as a refugee in September 2008. Back then, I knew two words: "Yes and No." Due to my passion for becoming an oncology Pharmacist, I started community college with English as a Second Language classes. I graduated to start at the University of California San Diego (UCSD) in September 2013. I graduated from UCSD in 2016 with an acceptance to the Loma Linda University School of Pharmacy. Last year, I completed my PGY-1 training at Maury Regional Medical Center in Tennessee.
