Charlotte Wagner is a board-certified oncology pharmacist specializing in hematologic malignancies at the University of Utah Huntsman Cancer Institute in Salt Lake City, UT. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from the University of Colorado – Boulder, and her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Colorado Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. She then completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Residency as well as her PGY2 Oncology Residency at University of Kentucky HealthCare. She has particular interest in optimizing pharmacotherapeutic outcomes in patients with acute leukemias, Hodgkin lymphoma and multiple myeloma and a passion for the adolescent and young adult patient population.
