Quang Ta, PharmD is currently a PGY-2 hematology/oncology pharmacy resident at Kaiser Permanente Diablo/Walnut Creek. He completed his PGY-1 residency at his current site and pharmacy school education at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.
