PGY-2 Oncology Pharmacy Resident

I'm Kiernan "Lexi" Taylor, PharmD, and I'm proud to be the current PGY-2 Oncology Pharmacy Resident for the Baptist Cancer Center program located in Memphis, TN. I completed my PGY-1 training in Hazard, KY, and I actively improve on my acquired clinical skills by working as a PRN Clinical Pharmacist within our Baptist network. My current interests include immuno-oncology, bispecific T-cell engagers, and all things involving supportive care; however, I do have an affinity towards malignant hematology versus solid tumor malignancies. I spend my time working up our patients for clinic, assisting with building plans for chemotherapy, collaborating with our specialty pharmacy for prior authorizations/funding assistance for patient medications, and finalizing my research project. Outside of my residency job, I enjoy reading comics, watching TV series, and spending time with my boyfriend and family. I hope to stay within the Southeast region of the US while starting the job search journey, but I am open to positions outside of this location.
