PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Resident

Nilmarie Ayala-Fontanez, PharmD, MS is a current PGY2 Oncology Resident at The Ohio State University. She was born and raised in Humacao, Puerto Rico, but moved to Cleveland, Ohio, where she completed a Master's in Pathology- Immunology at Case Western Reserve University. Later, she received her Doctorate of Pharmacy from The University of Illinois at Chicago in 2021 and completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at The University of Chicago Medicine in 2022. Upon graduation, she will continue her pharmacy journey at The Ohio State University as an Oncology Specialty Practice Pharmacist Float.
