My name is Regina Pacitto, PharmD, and I am currently a PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Resident at Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwukee, WI, USA. My top areas of interest include hematologic malignancies, bone marrow transplant, and cellular therapies including CAR-T and bispecific antibodies.
